We’re delighted to announce that our call centre in Glasgow has been recognised with nominations for both Contact Centre Leader of the Year and Rising Star in a Small Contact Centre at the UK National Contact Centre Awards 2022.
Our Operations Director, Jan Baker said: “It is with a great deal of pride we announce that Paul Egan and Aaron Bisset have been shortlisted as finalists for the UK National Contact Centre Awards, the longest-running and most highly respected programme in the UK.
Our congratulations to Paul in the category for Contact Centre Leader of the Year and Aaron as a Rising Star. Much deserved recognition alongside some of the best in the UK, to name just a few Sage, Barclaycard, McDonalds and Specsavers. Well done, Paul & Aaron!”
